Cancellation Fee: If you decide to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of INR 350 will be charged. This fee covers the costs associated with shipping, returns, administrative tasks, payment gateway charges, and other related expenses.

Timeframe for Cancellation:

Before Dispatch: If your order is canceled before it has been dispatched, the cancellation fee will apply.
After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. However in case of defective or damaged goods received, you may initiate a return following our Return Policy.
How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at nutroyumm@gmail.com as soon as possible. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation to facilitate the process.

Refund Process: After the cancellation fee is deducted, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Customized or personalized orders are non-cancellable.
