If you decide to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of INR 350 will be charged. This fee covers costs associated with shipping, returns, administrative tasks, payment gateway charges, and other related expenses.
Before Dispatch: If your order is canceled before it has been dispatched, the cancellation fee will apply.
After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. However, in case of defective or damaged goods received, you may initiate a return following our Return Policy.
How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at nutroyumm@gmail.com as soon as possible. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation to facilitate the process.
After the cancellation fee is deducted, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
