Q. If my area pin code is not covered by your courier service, how will my order be delivered?
A. In that case we may use any other courier service/Indian post which provides the service to your area.
Q. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
A. We regret to inform you that currently, we do not have a reverse pick-up arrangement. If you want to return an item you have purchased, please use any local courier and we will process your refund including the courier charges. Please go through our return policy for further details.
